It’s not too early to arrange for winter accommodations for your boat. Last winter the Casa Rio Marina yard was full, and we were not able to accommodate everyone, so DON’T WAIT to register!

The required forms are included and must be returned with payment to secure a reservation. Please indicate your preference for haul and launch dates. Because the schedule is tight, we ask that you contact the office to discuss exactly when your boat will be arriving for hauling. We will make an appointment for a convenient day and time to accommodate your schedule.

Winter services including complete boat winterization and shrink-wrapping can be selected on the reservation form.

For the deposit, simply compute the travel lift fees and add two months of land storage for the total amount required at time of reservation. The balance of your land storage will be collected prior to launching in the spring.

Please remember:

1. A certificate of insurance naming Casa Rio Marina as an additional insured is required for all boats hauled. It’s a simple matter to request this from your insurance company.
2. All headsails must be removed prior to hauling.
3. We are a do-it-yourself yard except for bottom sanding. Please contact the marina office to arrange for that service.
4. Holding tank pump outs are available at the time of haul for a $5.00 fee.

Our goal for the winter is to place over 200 boats on land, and we sincerely hope that your boat will be joining us. We appreciate our customers and look forward to assisting you with boat care this Fall. We are available for any questions you may have.
