Trailer & Boat Storage - Terms & Conditions

Please contact the marina office for a trailer & boat storage agreement.

• The area shall be used only for the storing of the boat described herein, and launching the boat at the ramp. The lessor reserves the right to move the boat and trailer as needed.
• The lessee agrees to provide lessor with a Certificate of Insurance naming Casa Rio Marina as an additional insured.
• The lessor makes no warranty or representations concerning the depth of the water, and assumes no responsibility for the care of, or risk to any boat or property in or about the boat. It is the sole and exclusive obligation of the lessee to properly secure the trailer, and protect any personal property in or about the boat.
• The lessor reserves the right to cancel this contract upon written notice mailed to the address of the lessees, and retain any portion of unearned rental, if within the sole discretion of the lessor the lessees have violated any of the Marina Rules and Regulations, or violated any of the following:
• A . Excessive profanity or intoxication of the lessees, their family, or guests, while on the premises of the lessor.
• B. Any conduct which might interfere with the leisure and comfort of neighbors, other tenants, or lessor.
• C. Operation of boat by lessees, their guests, servants, and employees in any other manner than a safe and prudent one at the site of the Marina or the entrance.
• D. Failure to pay all invoices for rental, repair work, or supplies within thirty (30) days of receipt.
• E. Failure of the lessees, their servants, agents, or guests to place trash, debris, liquids, and other disposable items in appropriate containers supplied by the lessor; and/or the lessees, their agents, servants, guests or employees polluting the waters of Cadle Creek by adding any foreign substance to said waters.
  
• All personal property of any kind on the premises of Casa Rio Marina, belonging to the lessees shall be kept at the lessees' sole risk; and neither the lessor nor its agents shall be liable to the lessees or any person claiming through the lessees for injury to person or damage or loss of property from any cause whatsoever; including but not limited to all claims arising out of accidents to the lessees, their guests, servants, and employees while on the premises and all claims arising out of fire, theft, sinking and other damage or loss to the lessee's boat or personal property or trailer; and the lessees do hereby assume all risks of, and shall hold the lessor harmless of all liability for personal injuries, loss of life or property damage resulting from any of the aforementioned happenings.
• Trailer tires must be inflated and kept in good repair. If lessor makes the required repairs, Lessee agrees to pay for the repair. Trailer must have working tongue jack. Any trailer that is locked must have a key available in the office.
